Title: LAUNCHER crash- critical error

I have a problem with launcher.I cant login launcher.When I want to run crpg launcher its crashed with this error

visitors can't see pics , please register or login

which time did this error appeard first? 

Because we had a patch like 1 hour ago, that might be the trigger for that problem

BEFORE patch and I try after patch. It didnt solved yet.:(

update your graphics card and your directx
