2. Name of offending character(s) Fuma_Kotaro_the_Duck
3. Time and server, as accurately as possible Eu6,now.
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. I saw two people on the server,so I joined.Fuma was there leeching,the other guy in spec.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.* I dont know.Probably trying to get more LPs.

Krex, that's the only way to get server populated - stay there until at least 6 ppl will show up. If noone stay on Eu6 waiting for more players then this server will never get enough players. So let the Duck leech in piss :P

Close the thread. Blackfist *somethingsomething* has leeched there for generations and no one has said shit, now hes gone.

useless to ban someone who is waiting for players.

Pretty much this, but just being afk is still not allowed. How would you even notice then when the players arrive? So: stay semi-active or in spectator while waiting.

I don't think much time passes in the screenshots, just the time it took to walk to him and score a goal. No actions taken this time. But in overall Fuma, you're on thin ice with your constant jerking.
