Not completely linear of course, but... more flat than now.
I think it's pointless that you make the first 15 to 20 levels in a couple of minutes. And, what's worse, after hitting level 37 it's basically over, unless you want to grind another 500+ million. I'm not saying you should be able to reach higher levels, just the progression shouldn't stop so abruptly. Levels should be gained more evenly throughout the xp gain imo.

Thats how leveling works man... You need more xp per level. Not every level is going to have the same xp requirements in between them.

But that was the idea behind changing the EXP curve - to reduce the differences between high level players and normal ones. afaik.

Again... I don't want it to be completely linear, just a little more than now.
-
It was changed to what it currently is from what you are asking it to be changed to. You are essentially asking for it to be put back to as it was.
-
I guess.
-
noh
-
Nope. I am pretty sure you just want more freshly-retired peasants running around for you to shoot comfortably for a longer period of time before they turn into armored bastards. So, nope.
-
I think its all pretty fine except for level 37. When you hit 37 its over cause you need 500 million to hit 38 and with no strat battles and NA1 never getting larger then 40 people that will never happen. So theres pretty much nothing for people at lvl 37 to look forward to and thus quit the mod@

No, I am pretty sure I have 2 level 37 chars and virtually no way to get any further anymore.

Here's an idea and it takes literally one click and some typing. There's a tab on your character page that is for retiring. Click it and enter the data it asks for. You're ruining your own fun by being level hoarding shitlords. Retire and the world is your oyster you level hoarding shitlords. Shitlords.

I like this guy.

How about this:
- either make xp-gain transferrable, so you can play your dead-end char and receive the xp for an alt instead,
- or give high levels the option to spend xp on LPs,
both with a small penalty, but you still get something out of it.

Bronto, would you hate me if I wanted to get to level 39? =P 5 billion exp is ridiculous though.
-
My ideal level is 38, however will never get there.
-
Tiger guuuuuurrrlll I could never hate you. You're my boo. Lub u.
Also you have a goal and aren't making a thread crying about how you hit a high level now what? As previously stated you shitlords who complain should retire and try something new instead of being level hoarding shitlords. Shitlords.
-
I really wish that the curve would be significantly flattened. My favorite part of the game has been watching my character grow from a little bitchly to a full-fledged warrior. Now what used to take something around 2-3 hours takes 20 minutes. RIP

This is why I like alts. If you're ever bored, you can have a dagger alt or a 13 shield alt or a 2h alt or a polearm alt or an archer alt or a thrower alt or .. etc etc. If you get bored with your main, just play an alt. It takes no time to lvl them up anymore. Why not?

I have an alt in every class, except maybe ranged cav =)
