These screenshots were taken around 10:30 PM, Friday, EST. (Feb/ 21,/ 2015)
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.
Both of these guys have been poll kicking me randomly and also generally whenever I beat them in a fight. This has been going on for some time now, and as much as I dislike posting here, I do not really see any alternative if I wish to continue playing in peace.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.
These guys are first class A1 trolls. Beyond that however, lately for a reason beyond me they have had me in their cross hairs.

This has happened far more then these two screen shots and I will take more and post them if it continues.
7. Names of players that can witness what happened.
Anyone willing to come forward who was on the server at the time. These polls are hard to miss.
Additionally, the kick poll on NA1, based on my observations, has only been used to troll people. Perhaps because I have not been playing much lately, but I have not seen it used all but once for a legitimate purpose.
Furthermore, I would also ask that any admin who read this and would otherwise issue a judgment would hold off until I post more then these two screenshots, as I sympathize with how a troll can get out of hand and would rather it stop then anyone get banned.
Finally, if they do stop I will lock this thread and withdraw my request.

Well I never said to turn the polls on... Besides that quote was from about 2 months ago and the servers have recovered somewhat.
The other thing is that team killing is manageable, I can block it, fight back or try and avoid the player. It also can only be an issue when the person is on my team and generally people get board and/or draw the scorn of the community with their negative kd and score. When people are polling the factors of tolerating it are based on the righteousness of the sum of players who are on at the time. Additionally it gives everyone the opportunity to troll in a very effective, easy and anonymous way simply by pressing a key.
This tread is more about using said responsibility with care or removing it all together, rather than banning anyone.
