Title: Heirloom problems?

I retired at 31 and my selected heirloom item didn't enhance! any solutions?

Let me guess, you saw the ding 31 tick ingame, then within 1 minute you retired on the site without checking if the website had dinged you to 31 yet?

now that i've retired I cna't get off lvl1 on the site, i lvl in game but when i try to equip items , I just be naked , so having a bad day

no i lvled to 31 and in game it auto put me back to lvl1 without going on the site

Can any admin help with this? I lost a generation and heirloom to a bug. I was literally within a few thousand exp of leveling to 31 and it bugged out and said i was lvl 1. I've never retired before(1st gen) so I thought this was the normal process. Now it says I am lvl 1, gen 1 with no heirloom. I have lost everything I've attained since the start and am having trouble accepting this. Any help or advice would be appreciated as I am new to the game and was unaware of bugs that could do this.
