Time and server, as accurately as possible: EU2 yesterday evening (around 21:00 Moscow time zone) 4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after: This guy was abusing cs maths. Placing it all over the place more than "few" times. 5. Why you think the offender did what he did: Maybe he is banned at N/A? 7. Names of players who witnessed what happened: Cock_Blockula wanted to poll kick him, but failed. The others did not seem to care.
P.S. By the way this (http://forum.melee.org/general-discussion/crpg-has-no-active-admins/) issue is a real problem. Sometimes it becomes really difficult to play here because of general lack of a common sense.

Saw him. And confirming I wanted kick poll the bastard. Somehow my poll text didn't even appear and got auto-rejected. He was running around naked (most probably for the convenience of dying quickly and respawning with another one) and spamming tens of construction sites.

Diabeetustestingsupplies banned for 2 days for griefing. That's the second time for the same thing.
