3. Time and server, as accurately as possible around 11:00 - 11:15 PM EST
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. Double spawn, then delayed round
5. Why you think the offender did what he did. Functionally retarded
6. Multiple Screenshots visitors can't see pics , please register or login

7. Names of players that can witness what happened. Everyone.

This incident was two months ago so it's just going to be warning. Closing thread
