Title: Knightly arm vs long arm*1h internal balance?
Post by: spiritus on February 03, 2015, 04:02:58 am
6.7 wep vs 9 k wep and the only difference is that the knightly looses one speed for one cut..... It may be very small but still that's VERY unbalanced! Just give the knightly another cut. Pretty much all the high tiered swords need some kind of re balancing, especially if the KA got a 1 c buff. I think the spathion/para should loose a speed but in return for being the "slowest" 1hers and the most expensive they should get some sort of damage buff, the long espada seems to be fine. Irish sword seems to weak to me. Pretty much everything seems a little fuckity in the high end 1h tree!

The difference 1c makes at low cut values is significant. Knightly arming sword`s cut makes it more favorable for cav. Irish Sword definitely needs a tweak.

I dunno san 1c makes a dif but so does 1 whole speed! Dont forget thats its almost 1.5 times more expensive, too! Honestly the KA is the highest tiered of the arming sword a price increase with a slight damage increase would be fine, it would sit right up there with the long espada para/spathion, which it probably should! Along with the last nordic sword which could use some love(most could).

I increased the price of the LAS and buffed the Irish sword. I think the KAS is in a fine spot, though a tad overpriced.
