Title: Friend lost his password, doesn't know his forum account name either

He's called in-game Stromgarde_Master_Norman, and he can't recover his password, in-game it says his character belongs to someone else, so he doesn't know his password and can't get a new one. Help, anyone? :(

Ugh, that means he is using a different cd-key. He needs to be using his original Warband cd-key and then he can recover it ingame.
