Capcom is a Japanese company not Korean but yeah they are saying they have no plans for release in the west atm.

It will most probably make its way towards the west eventually. But I don't like this one bit. I mean I wanted the current version of the game on PC for a long damn while and now they present it in the form of an MMO with microtransactions. Capcom never ceases to view the PC platform as a cash cow.
