4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.= Leech on EU_cRPG_7, I warning about report but he/she say "Ok m9".

5. Why you think the offender did what he did= Leech.

There is no rule against beeing naked, but there is one of a weapon which she got

She isnt afk at all so nothing will happen here mate...

You can play naked as long as you spawn with a weapon and don't run around without one.

That armour rule was only applied in HRE DTV server. :)
