Title: Ban Mister Jinggles for multi spawning

1. Eirik Kussovich 2. Mister_Jinggles 3. 17:00 CST, NA 1 4. Well my friend luker headshotted Jinggles before the 6:00 mark (so you could still spawn in if you joined) so jinggles left and rejoined and spawned in again 5. Probably because he is a vengeful tosser and couldn't live with dying by an archer 6. Well all I got is the log that showed him being killed then somehow killing more people before round end.
