Title: Got a new mount and blade now I get the message this message...

It says: You have been kicked.

and in the bottom left it says "this character belongs to someone else" What do I have to do to get my characters back?

It is exactly what it says. You seem to have picked a character name that has already been taken. Try another name and you will most probably be fine.

use the same cd key you used when you created the character

What Hecur said. If you are trying to recreate your own character which belonged to a previous CD key, that problem will persist. However, if you can get Harald's attention, I think he can bind your old character to your new key.
