Title: Servers changed?

Because I have been getting horrible ping lately (from 50-ish to all the way to 170 now) and it's not my ISP. I have already contacted them and outside the game, my ping, speed, jitter and packet loss tests are completely alright. Just whenever I login, ping goes batshit. It has been like this for about a month I guess.

Servers are now in Afghanistan.... managed by chinese slaves.
