Right now the battle seems to have turned into king of the hill mode where everyone has only one life.
Most of the time the flags spawn before the spawning time for players (first minute of the round) is over. As a result we get bullshit rushes to the flag. No room for tactics or teamplay as it's all about the speed you can get to the flag. Even worse, the flags won't always work. One team might be winning 1v8, get the flag all the way up when the last enemy alive is afk'ing at the spawn, then have to hunt him down because the flags were broken.
Sure, the flags speed up the rounds and prevent 6min long campfests. But why do they have to spawn so early?

When less then 5 player on a team they spawn!

That seems legit. Forces the few players alive to fight. But now there seems to be something else that triggers the flag spawn, because they seem to be spawning on 15 v 15 situations aswell.

Beacuse mod is in sad state every way you look at it and flags spawning early add to that feeling, together with night time, fog and rain.

I always hated this whole flags business. Sure, the qq was great with delaying cunts but wasn't it also part of the fun? The flags got rid of some inconvenience at the cost of stealing a whole lot of fun from battle IMO, but tastes are different...

I'm in the same camp as you, end-of-round duels or hide and seek or whatever offer good suspense and I find them hilarious to watch. I don't write the rules though. :cry:

I'd like something like this too... maybe after the first 2 or 3 min tho. Rounds start at 7:00, so earliest point the flag could spawn is at 5:00, BUT that could be overruled by the 5-or-less players on one team so no 15 ath 15 shieldskill retards delaying :lol:.
In my opinion this would be nice compromise that would leave some room for teams to do some tactical stuff without having to worry about flags fucking everything up instantly. But this would also counter the long camp-war tactics when no fighting happens (I think the flags spawn if nobody gets hurt enough in a certain amount of time?).
Would everyone be happy with something like this?

it is because there are few players on the server. It would be appropriate to increase the number of players in EU1, but if time should increase the time in which the flags are displayed.
