Title: How to add pic in signature

I might just be noob but..... Signature is text input.... How the heck am I supposed to put a pic?  I tried pasting an accepted pic (700x100) in but it does not work.
Is there something im missing?

you need to add the image tag, like this:

I fear I know the answer but...... Can you add a picture on your computer? I tried pasting the exact directory including full pic name and it didnt work :S
