i wont say that you can pirate singleplayer games or mp games as well if you have pirate buddies to play with, and again i wont say it.

Steam offers a better service than pirating games imo

Only 10? I have around 80 unplayed games in my list lol. Salary + no time = unplayed games. Curse of the young adult.

lol, you should probably save your money instead if you're not even going to play them

Well, it's a learning experience. For example, I learned that I can only ever concentrate on one or maybe two multiplayer games at the same time, otherwise I just end up being terrible at everything.

I have like 4 or 5 games on my wishlist. Although, wishlist it's not, more like a post it for stuff to check out.

Besides, still got around 10 games I haven't touched yet in my Steam list...  :|

Free>sale

I'd buy games if they were worth buying, most aren't these days.  I don't preorder, and I don't buy first day.  By the time I get around to buying them, they're already heavily discounted as game prices depreciate very fast, sometimes days after release.

I have around 350 games I haven't touched yet. Thanks to cRPG of course. When I play games, I play mostly cRPG.  Will buy something silly just because I have spare money in steam vallet.

Fine game and excellent mod.

Can't bother starting AAA games. Two full minutes of company intros, followed by some lame pre-rendered trailer, then go to start page, press start or enter, end up in some TV friendly main menu. Check if controls are fine, set difficulty to hard and turn off gameplay crutches off, no need for check graphics/sound options because there are none, start the game, watch another lame video, then few ingame cinematics, now comes the game or how we called it in my time, tutorial. Tutorial consists of monkey see monkey do stuff, something I've learned 15 years in most games. Finish that shitty level, watch more videos, unveil the back story, rince and repeat, get bored after 3 levels and never touch the game again.

But you play the game for the storyline!?! No I don't, even movies get tiresome after five in a month or so.

Please make games.  Seriously.  I'm tired of modern AAA games being nothing more than interactive movies

yes because the other 150 circa AAA games produced by famous companies sux monkey balls and hope that a single number in front of a famous game will do the trick for idiots like us while the turkish husband and wife loved that game , played it , they wanted it to be funny for them and for customers , they didn't think about money in first place.
that's how is donkey crew is going to do with melee battlegrounds i hope but instead a turkish couple we need to surprise the media , like a gay marriage inside the dev team.

Never played it, but I heard only bad things about that game. Linear, braindead gameplay, that kind of things.

Pretty much that.

Well, when I bought Warband I had no idea I would spend thousands of hours playing it. If out of the 350 games you buy only some of them are great, it's okay too.

Humblebundle has spammed my Steam library to shits. I think i've only ever played around 50% of it, if even that. And then i've got a huge library of games on gog.com as well... Don't see myself buying anything for less than a 75% discount, and even then it has to be something that reaaaally interests me :/

It's really only Nidhogg and Shift 2/Grid/Dirt 3 because my wife likes car games. Oh, and that Game of Thrones game, because Telltale has figured out the only decent thing that can be gleaned from AAA games.

Few years ago I've bought both BC2 and Vietnam on Origin. Couldn't add Vietnam CD-key to BC2...

Pre-ordered two games recently, haven't got round to playing them since I got them.

Now they are both on Steam sale for half price QQ.
(lords of the fallen and Beyond earth)

Well that teaches me a lesson, pre-orders are for chumps.

Yea, I've learned my lesson too - the very hard way and I probably deserved that lesson for my own stupidity:
Pre-ordered AC Unity which ran/runs shit (it actually is a big step forward game mechanic wise but is a bug fest).
Told myself: Well, FC3 runs good on your rig on High, let's replace AC Unity with FC4 then... Doesn't run at all at start, still runs like shit now. \o/

No more pre-order... well, except for Witcher 3 and maybe GTA 5 :3 Those are special occassions tho :P
