Amazon is shit, it doesn`t have paypal option, nor paysafe card.

It's not donkey team, they have no say in this. Kickstarter has only that method and there is nothing anybody can do about it :(

I don't think that the DonkeyCrew has actual influence on the payment method... Dunno for sure tho, just can't imagine that.
Can't you just ask a buddy for his CC and pay him back or something?

I have a visa myself, but the thing is that I lost it somewhere in the house after I moved, and I can`t find it, and that fucks me up because I can`t go to the bank to retrieve it due to lack of time.
I was hoping for a paypal transaction , maybe I could transfer the money to the paypal account of one of the donkey crew members.
Anyway, Ill see if any of my chump friends has a card I can use

I mean, they don't have to understand why you would "waste money on this modern crap"... they just to let you borrow their card for one single transaction and you give them cash or something...

Kikstarter has its own payment rules, as stupid as they may be. The Crew has no influence on it.

Is there a way to buy an amazon gift card via paypal, and then use that card directly or add the balance to an amazon account?
I've been considering going to the store and buying a bunch of prepaid cards and then selling them to you guys via paypal.. XD

The idea has also the disadvantage is that all participating count only as 1 backer. Still better then not pledging at all, but if you each count as 1 individual backer you help the project get higher on KS ranking.

All in all cash is more important than no of backers IMHO. (although no of backers is important too for project promotion within KS ofc). The same actually applies to clan packs - one reward for the benefit of few guys...
I bet all clan rewards are funded by few guys, while the "formal" benefits go to one guy who actually made the pledge.

I think it doesn't have to be actual CREDITcard, just simple cash card (if that's the proper name), which you get from your bank and which allows you to withdraw cash from cashpoint. In the past I paid in amazon by cash card and I guess you do have cash card. Everyone has it :P

You can use any name and you can always open a new e-mail account (with fake data) .
Your username, e-mailaccount and pledged money is the only information Donkeycrew will get. They will not see any creditkard details(like name).

This is all true, except that (as far as I can see in the backers panel atm) we can only see people's usernames, even sending message/mails is strictly through Kickstarter's functions.
So there should be no worries at all for those who want to remain completely anonymous :wink:

For me my credit ard actually saves me money. it gives better interest rate than my bankacount and moneywithdrawal outside of my homecountry is for free with it.

Only people who have proper job can have a credit card, main purpose of a credit card is to make it easier to spend more than you actually earn, that way banks effectively enslave people and whole countries :D
Debit card is just like a credit card but for jobless and those who don't want to risk their salary (and more). You go to the bank, ask for internet debit card or whatever they call it in that particular bank. Sign some papers, they open bank account for you (which isn't tied to your salary, it is empty at first, before you actually deposit euros to that account). After a week (in Serbia) or less they will call you to pick up your debit card which you can use to pay for stuff over the internet, where PayPal isn't available. That account should be free to open and there shouldn't be any hidden expenses over time. Debit cards lasts between 2 and 5 years, before you have to renew it.
Must say that I expected EU master race to know about these things :P

I had to prove employment for a debit card too, depends on the financial institution.

I pledged with prepaid card now, but few years ago I've bought some stuff on amazon using cash card (debit card? dunno what's the difference), so since KS uses amazon payment I assumed cash card will be sufficient for KS as well.

I've got three or four credit cards that have no annual payments. Hell, one I have I didn't use for about 3 years, but just used it last month. They get their payment via ~3% fee to the shops. I do have one card that has an annual fee, but my wife and I spend so much on it that we get that fee back in (cash) rewards several times over (and we pay it off in full every month so no interest)

I've got me a credit card a couple of month ago with no payment at all (except of course I don't repay on time) and I am a Student with part-time job. Before that I had a virtual credit card from Netteller, worked fine for my purpose (accessing google play, etc. did no payments with that dunno what it costs)

Same. Officially student working part-time. My bank gave me a free Visa. I only use it online when PayPal isn't an option.

The question remains, what do you put in at credit card code, because I have a debit card and I tried every number on it, but it doesn't work.
Edit: Apparently Dutchland banks don't really support using your debit card as a credit card, so only credit cards for me.

My debit card only does Maestro, so no Amazon payments. Finding an amazon gift card seems more difficult than I thought. So it's going to be a virtual credit card.

The problem with splitting your funding campaigns is that it means splitting the money which inevitably leads to each campaign looking like it has less money and fewer backers than you actually have.

Like said many times before, nobody can make that available. The only way you can help them with the Kickstarter is that you find someone with a credit card or that you get one yourself.

i pay with debit card. My debit card is from my "checking" account in the over account I have at my bank. I have Savings and Checking. Savings is usually just a basic place to store money and get a little interest. Because I have a mastercard debit card I can use it almost anywhere that I can for credit. But then amazon is also an American company so it would make sense.

Yes these Europeees do seem to have trouble at our 'murrican institutions. Quite simple over here, a Debit Card is essentially an electronic cheque, tied directly to whatever money one has in one's checking account. Silly Europees. Wot wot.

If anybody is looking to support the kickstarter, but absolutely cannot do it because they lack proper payment methods, please private message me. I can only do it once, but I'll give you the card information for a pre-paid visa debit card I received recently. It has a total of $25 on it, so I reckon you could get alpha access off that, right?
I'd rather that money go to the game than some dumb shit for me. I believe my big-dick clanmate has bought us a big-dick package, so my alpha access should be covered.

Basically the same in England.
Got a credit card with a limit which you pay off per month and my debit card is basically a direct route from my main account which takes my real money as i spend it. Never use cash any more just my debit card and for expensive stuff the credit card.
