I've noticed hits not registering or bouncing off nothing. Think its probably to do with everyone having so much agi

I was on NA 1 this afternoon and it felt like I was glancing or not connecting with a lot of hits. Others mentioned it too.

Well you see, there is a really simple fix, actually. You just need to rotate the RAM 90 degrees and then it should be all set.

Maybe thats what the timer is for; it's either a big file or slow download speed.

wait in latvia internet connection is pretty fucking decent, there should be a pizza there, we're in 3rd world country here

Ive noticed arrows flying right through me and my shield, and hits/horse bumps not registering, sometimes good, sometimes very bad when I'm backslashing some 2h sperg and it doesn't register.

once i had that a 2her slashed at my horse, it ran 2m and then died, very weird. not even an arrow hitting it

Hit registration gets delayed but up to half a second quite frequently for me.  Maybe someone forgot to turn on whatever periodically resets the servers after the last patch?
