Title: Keep Scavenged Weapons Between Rounds

It was a sad sad day when this function was patched out. I am guessing the intention was to prevent people from avoiding to pay upkeep or something, but who really cares about upkeep anymore? Add it back in so finding a sweet weapon on the ground makes you want to stay alive to keep using it.

fun mechanics > garbage upkeep mechanics

I remember that you had the standard risk to pay upkeep for the weapons you spawned with the following round.

I am literally 100% certain that this was the case back when you survived a round, or was alive with a looted weapon on siege at the end of round.

I don't even recall when this was, but I do remember that I thought to myself:
"Wow! Is the upkeep for a katana that much! Damn, I won't ever be able to play with a katana and make money"
