Hey, I have just purchased a gaming laptop and am wondering whether i got a good deal or not.
The link to the laptop - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Alienware-M11X-R3-i7-128GB-SSD-8GB-Ram-Nvidia-540m-/281492095698?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2047675.l2557&nma=true&si=RguR7S7lCfIidSXrM75UGZ9ChXw%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc

Well they normally sell for alot more and it has an i7 and nice graphics, so for the price i think i got a good buy :)

It's not bad, but that is a pretty slow CPU (1.5GHz) and the GPU isn't great.
Should perform well enough in most games (medium settings)
I don't believe you can upgrade the GPU or CPU in that model (most of the 11" alienwares solder those in).
Though there is conflicting info on the web.
You are getting what you pay for tbh.
If you are happy with it, that's all that matters.

Maybye you should find out of its a good buy before you buy it?

But what about the excitement?

Even drunk I wouldn't buy Alienware. They're infamous for using cheap parts in all their builds. And you bought one USED.
Enjoy that ensuing campfire op

That was pre-dell, now they just overcharge massively.
A good alienware laptop is pretty hard to beat (laptop wise), but it will cost way, way too much.
