Does power throw now improve accuracy like PD?

If I have 7 PT will I be able to hurl stuff fairly well with 1 wpf?

Yes. PT increases accuracy by 20wpf, then it's lowered by 11wpf from the PT penalty.

So overall, +9 wpf's worth of accuracy for every PT increase.

It also makes your projectile faster, which has its own pros and cons.

How do you work out how much WPF you need now so you can equip the throwing weapons?
