Hard drive failure would be my guess.

They click around when dying.

Freezing could be because it reaches a part it cannot read anymore, so it halts.

That would suck.

If any of that sounds familar.. might as well back up your hard drive and get a new one.

I'd also clean out the inside of your computer. Dust does build up in there and can cause issues as well.

Yeah but if you can recreate this, open the case and look for the source of the sound first.

If it is only when you start/shut down /suspend  then this is the noise when the disks in the hdd stop/start spinning (saves you electricity/money)

Jup, pretty sure its hard drive. They generally do the clicking sound. Dunno if its failure thou. Mine has been clicking for 2 years now and not even once has it shown signs of breaking.

Maybe back up any important files first

I'd open up the PC and clean it up. Take the pieces apart and get rid of dust, especially behind fans and on heatsinks. Check there are no cables near fans too. You can damage stuff if you do it wrong btw or are unlucky (static etc)

Maybe your hard drive has energy saving system that causes it to spin down. Mine did this which made the pc stutter every so often. Dunno about the noise though

If it's only 3 weeks old, use the warranty. Will probably get a replacement or something.

Youknow, they can break rather easy, he might not have even noticed it was broken, or it went byebye during transportation. its more worth to switch to a SSD and buy a cheap like 500gb hdd, total cost maybe 140-150€

okay but it Works Fine Now ..although i dont Know what i did to fix it

Instead of typing nonsense, locate the source of the sound.

Btw you can't fix it. If it's 100% Hard Drive issue you must replace it.

If you don't do it, these breakdowns will be getting more frequent and longer, and it'll just stop operating at some point.

Then you are fucked. I know that because I had 3 HDD-s fail on me at once.

Youknow, they can break rather easy, he might not have even noticed it was broken, or it went byebye during transportation.

Also this. Not two HDD-s are the same, there is a bit of RNG added to buying stuff, it could become faulty even before he bought it.
This is what warranties are for, so use it.

Get an SSD, op.  No moving parts to fail on you, and it'll be faster than what you have.  I've had the best luck with Samsung and Crucial SSD's, so there's good place to start.
