I think they're a new player, could you just warn them that kicking an xbow while they're trying to reload isn't OK.
1. Name of your character involved Levy_Richard
2. Name of offending character(s) Saphira34
3. Time and server, as accurately as possible EU2, 15:30 ish GMT
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. Trying to reload my xbow, Saphira34 kicks me 4 times preventing
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.*They're new and don't understand

Again, just please warn them not to do that
I think thats Kleopatra (from Greys maybe)
not really new that i know of, seen her for quite a bit

I can't see your screenshots :(
But I checked the logs, it shows you reporting Saphira34 4 times, then her falling to death and disconnecting. Her last ban was in 2011, so she'll only get a warning this time. :)
