Title: Exchange heirloom points!
Post by: Danlu on October 25, 2014, 12:46:24 pm: Hello! I'm one of the newbies who received 4 fully heirloomed items for free by the nice devs. The most amazing part is that I can exchange them in the coming 8 days.

So what do you suggest I exchange it to? What is the best two hander to loom? Is there a weapon I shouldn't loom?

Help a newbie out :)

You press the button that says "Exchange" underneath you free item.

Did you receive 4 free and loomed items from the devs? Check your inventory and then press items. If you did receive them it really should be there.

Did you buy the exchange or get it for free..? I didn't get any exchange D:

Totally for free. Checked my inventory and there it was.

I got 4 looms but no exchange, and these looms are useless to me D:

Check the last character you played on before the patch.

It was deleted as the name was changed. I didn't play until after the patch after that.

I have two. And the one that had the exchange must have been deleted when I changed the name of it... D:

Sounds good. But i'm not sure if i'll be able to trade the things after the exchange. I cannot trade them right now at least.

You should find the heirloom exchange on the character you were most recently online when they were given out on patch day (Oct 19th).

I deleted the character by mistake. Could you refund it?

Post by: lonesome_killer on October 28, 2014, 05:49:51 pm: I had't played this game in a couple years. I created a new character to reset my login info. I have 4 pink items in my new character's inventory, and none in my old characters'. I can't click transfer or exchange. What am I missing?

They're newbie looms for new characters to level the playing field, you cannot (or should not) be able to transfer or exchange them, they're solely to help new players cope with current servers.
Thanks. But from what I understand everyone got heirloom items after the update. Or did I read it wrong?
