Title: Have not received my starter kit yet

Everyone else has received the starter kit and i have not and i was wondering what could be done about this issue.

Did you have an account pre patch?

Had you ever played the game before hand?

New characters don't get the starter kit so it could be that if you had previously had an account but deleted the character that the key could be associated to something... I'm just spit balling though, totally not sure.

Jump in here and ask for some help

Yes i did have this account before the patch.

I restored the character who received the starter kit.
