But checked the last 20 posts in global ban section and it doesn't look like any admins even look at that board anymore - no responses.  Since all teh global ban admins are EU I guess post it here -

Big issue in NA somebody admitted to blatantly cheating on strategus, involved the biggest strat fight in NA and we are not getting anyone in position of power to respond.  All the lower admins all agree he deserves permaban but they say they don't have the power to do it.  Can someone please look into this.  Thank you.
