So after the patch i made a nice build with 39/9
3 athletics and 13 ps was quite good..but then i thought to myself ..what i am doin?i am pure str build and i will always wil be..so i respec i made 45/3 with 15 ps! and 1 athl and 1wm so i was hoping to be able to one hit people with my masterwork katana (40c) with a good head hit.

Well...i  was wrong at best i need 2 hits and that if i get lucky..most people need 3 head hits to kill . i coulndt even one hit people with 0 if!!!!!!

So i cry and i cry and i cry..

now i cant run away everybody is ''s'' keying me and outreach me ..so i cry and i cry and i cry...

Damage bonuses from Power Strike/WPF/Speed are multiplicative, as you get more PS, you benefit more from getting more WPF, and vice versa.

Raw damages using +3 Katana (40c), ignoring speed bonus and armor penalties:
(click to show/hide)

...So you can see, your old build did around the same damage, while 42/6 actually deals more.

Negative speed bonus, bad positioning , bad footwork , low wpm,  my build is 27 21 and i mostly 1 hit ppl ;)

If you are going full str then a katana that requires a build with high athl. to be efficient is not a good weapon for that build :P

You want to do well with a stupid build, and then you cry about it.

Well yeah, but Frenzy said he got outreached, which is one of the reasons why a katana needs a higher athl. to be able to be more efficient since the reach is only 95 which is far better than it used to be but it is still shorter / as long as some 1hands.

Can't really blame Ras for it if he has only 3 Agi))

No matter which movement keys he clicks, his enemy will define 95% of the speed boni because he is much faster

this is why i rarely apply for strat battles with UIF or even strat battles at all.
i went 27/18 with 60+ body and head armor and you still 1hit me, so my 18/27 made no difference D:

the only thing to do vs. you in strat fuckfests is holding your attack, and if multiple people do it and hit you
you lose 1 perc hp at max

Nah, you just need enough of it to move away from the hits. A 27/18 build has been the most effective for me so far. Not sure how AwesomeHail gets onehit with that build though, when I can usually survive 4-5 hits. Unless it's an awlpike, then I lose 50-90% with the first stab. Agiwhores do quite badly in most battles. If you try flanking you'll get fucked by ranged and cavalry and if you stay in the middle you'll get crushed by strength builds.

You forgot to mention that your weapon has 10 more cut damage, which is by far the most important factor for high PS builds.
