I doubt it would even pay off in siege... but nice for gangbang chokepoints on siege no doubt!!

The one respec isn't per char it's per account. Keep that in mind.

I fucked up one of my chars and put the points into PD instead of PT and now can't respec my main because I fixed that one up.
