Title: Adding custom music?
Post by: Veniathan on October 11, 2014, 10:36:52 am
I want to ask a simple question which I hope positive answer on. Can I add custom music to the game and have it played in multiplayer matches? Let me explain.

In the Mount & Blade: Warband Directory/Modules/cRPG/Music are the music files that play when the game runs in MP. And menu etc etc. If I replace these will they play correctly as long as they're mp3s? But what I really want to do is actually add more music instead of replacing. I have much medieval music which fits. So can it be done? If so, how. Any tutorials? Could not find anything on google.

Sorry if it doesn't belong in General Discussion.

I'm not sure if that works but you can try:

-Open the file "music.txt"
-Add a line like this:
Code: [Select]
your_music.ogg 268438528 268438528 -Increase the number on the first line by 1.
-Redo that as long as you want new musics.
