Include the link of the source can make you more legitimate:
http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,313636.0.html

Anyway:
I can confirm this DLC is not Bannerlord.

I can also confirm the DLC is externally developed, so it isn't taking Bannerlord development time really. One or two developers are helping with updating the exe and adding operations/communication on engine issues, some artwork etc. but during the day they're mostly working on Bannerlord. There is no substantial effect on Bannerlord development.

Can't say anymore than that!

Another NW or WFAS ufo, do not expect to much..

I read trough that thread - On five minutes, yes I'm a quick reader. In seventh grade there was a spelling bee competition, they judge didn't even have time to read it out first cause I was that quick, I then quickly adapted new ways of reading quickly. I get alot of praise often.

Anyways, Brytenwalda team might be developing it.

One question, is that "DLC" gonna cost real moneyz like NW or is it a free upgrade to 1.161 like other patches ?

Reel moneyz.1.161 only adds some new options for modders(also those people developing the DLC).

Oh yeah well I cant read.

My parents tried to teach me with alphabet soup but, as expected, I just threw my empty beers and screamed at them. I don't need that shit fucking soup in a grown man.

The soup is never faulty.  The blame lies squarely on the drunk redneck invalid being taught

The work on Brytenwalda has come to an end. But we have certainly not grown tired of working.
This is not the end but the beginning of a new project.

Some time ago we made a poll about an expansion to Brytenwalda.
Needless to say there was an overwhelming interest in a Viking expansion to Brytenwalda.

However, in the time that has gone our aspirations have grown bigger than a mere expansion.
We must apologize to those who looked forward to an expansion,
but at the same time we feel confident that the work we're doing will more than make up for it.

We have already for some time planned the next project, but nothing can be disclosed.
It's too early - and by that we mean nothing can be said at least until some time next year, or perhaps even later...
So please don't ask for information, as none will be given. Just know we're working to please fellow gamers as always  :)

Brytenwalda Team

Some food for thought.

EDIT:
No [in response to claims that this team was developing a different game] :)

There are many speculations and good ideas in this thread.  :)
Brustwarzenlenny has a company, but it's not associated with our project.
Please hold tight; we're getting closer to an official announcement.

Hell yeah, one of the best mods that existed now to be a presumably bigger better DLC. Viking era will probably be pretty cool too, even though I loved the timeframe and setting of Brytenwalda for what it was. Still very hyped for this though.

Brytenwalda team? Really? But their taste in picking gamemechanics is absolute shit, which is why Brytenwalda isnt a very good mod. Their technicalskills seem adequate enough, it is a pretty mod with loads of content. Too bad their decisionmaking sucks balls.

If I recall correctly, a lot of the mechanics (like stamina, blood-loss, etc.) could be turned off in a menu found by camping with your party.

You do in fact recall correctly, but you see the european does not realize that freedom of choice is a thing, so the european does not think to look for such a menu.

Does it really make them any less shit? Still shows they got no taste. Heres the thing. I dont know what it was. Lazyness or just undecisiveness. They slapped asston of mods together and figured that the best way to make it all failproof is just letting players turn off parts of the game they didnt like. One might say "duh, this was so players can customize their own game the way they like it". Sure, could be. But all I read from this is: "We couldnt decide shit, so we slapped everything in there, let someone else choose". I dont know why I have such hate for it. Its an okayish mod for Warband. I quess whenever I play it, I sorta feel the overabundance of content, yet im not entertained at all, even with all the stuff I dont like turned off.

How can you be bothered by a feature that you don't have to play with, a feature that you never have to see with a simple click? It let's player that like it more realistic have it on and players that don't have it off.  Stop giving a hoot son.
