I have had intermittent issues like this as well, but usually just closing and relaunching the game fixed them immediately. It's obviously graphic related, but I can't really say if it's your graphics driver, or just a file didn't load correctly on launch.

The best example of this is when someone posted a screenshot of the face skins replacing a lot of the ground textures, and some giant mountain had a stretched out face texture. That was hilarious.

This was so long ago i had this problem, so i cant remember what i did to fix it.

But it looked cool when i looked up towards the sky.

Used to happen to me on my old desktop. It had terrible ventilation and the graphics card would start to overheat after 30 or so minutes of CRPG.

It means your graphics card is/was having a heat stroke.

I had the faces as a terrain too was hilarious  :D. All the screenshots I took were pitch black though. I strongly believe this problem occurs because of dusty old hardware

Looks like the game is using a banner texture for the skydome.
Heres a funny one you must have all seen...

As mentioned before, likely cause is GPU failure. Usually due to overheating.

That isn't a problem that's a feature in the making.

When a hectic banner stack is on the sky should flip to the banner hahaha

Your Calradia appears to have a slight case of apocalyptic reality failure.

I might have to call a priest so he can perform  an exorcist on my old computer, maybe that will help.

How does GPU failure make the game load the wrong texture for the skybox?
