JayJrod_MB and SabiSalami_MB were dicking off; I came in with a jarid to Sabi then he said GD(GODDAMN) Thrower. JayJrod and WildPete constantly bumped me until Voester could land a killing blow. The previous map WildPete just constantly ran into me while I was trying to duel. Just to be clear Voester did no wrong.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.
He's in MB; A clan that lacks all honor.
6. Multiple Screenshots
visitors can't see pics , please register or login

7. Names of players that can witness what happened.
Like 7 MB's but they are likely to cover for JayJrod

Sorry attempt for a ban thread...ban threads for everything that happens...TK him next time and settle it on the battlefield you twats(goes for everyone in this fuckingshit ass game!).

Should get rid of this stupid ban thread sections, and admins are corrupt.

Is that the official response then? Just TK next time this happens? I came here to seek justice for inappropriate actions that seemed to be happening all morning long.

Sorry attempt; I think not. Mens rea can be proven from the chat alone. He even admits his own guilt.

I admit my own guilt? I do not seem to see that in your screen shot. I simply nudged you two times to indicate for you to get away from Sabi and I since we just wanted to duel.  You did not leave, so Sabi killed  you and we then dueled afterwards. I did not intend to get you killed, nor did I even get you killed. You are just not an experienced player like Sabi is.

Yeah this is a joke....   It was my last round to play and Jay and I went to go duel.   Idk wtf this guy is complaining about....

I was on at the time and was on the other side of the map. When I saw that calamari died all I thought was "scrub, heh heh" but later on I went to kill either jayjrod or smitty and two other people nudged me and/or attacked me untill I died. . I didn't really make a big note about it but it did happen.

Edit: I also tried nudging jayjrod away after about the 4th nudge.

I just wouldn't doubt that calamari is telling it as it is since you did the same exact thing to me in the same round. I'm also saying its a lot different than how you guys are trying to play it off as.

Unless provoked first, I doubt Pete would purposefully TK someone. Even a FCC puppet.

Lol,  ayear too late.  No FCC exists.  I know arowaine and aldo, and james and you desperately want that as an excuse for your big gay alliance (BGA), but sorry no FCC.  Also, you never witnessed the event and wildpete does stuff like that all the time.

The screenshot and server logs don't provide a very strong case beyond them griefing you for that one round. I have issued them both a minor warning ban. Duels aren't against the server rules, but they aren't protected by server rules either. If someone wants to intervene and battle, they are allowed to since it is the battle server. Not the duel server.

The thread didn't dredge up any valid evidence one way or the other after a few days, so I'm gonna close it at that.

You are welcome to spar 1v1 with an enemy on the battle server, but your duel isn't protected or enforced. If someone comes in to break it up you have to deal with it. Preventing your allies from fighting the enemy counts as griefing. You are purposely preventing them from playing the game.
