Title: Armor set advice
Post by: Rico on September 16, 2014, 04:28:40 pm
I got Light Strange Gloves and Light Strange Greaves +3 and body armors for two light armor sets with them. Now I am looking for medium and heavy armor sets. These were my first thoughts:
I am looking for helmets which fit to 1) and 2), if possible lighter and cheaper than the Gjermundbu Helmet. And if you have more suggestions for body armors, please let me know. Ty ;)

The women in the armor viewer is so ugly... nothing ever looks good on her. A bag over her face would get my vote!

Try Saracen shirt over mail (not avaliable in viewer).

Thanks for the tip. The dark elements look good with the Light Strange Greaves and Gloves, the mail texture looks good with Rus Helmet. I found that Palace Guard Armor is also a viable option.

The thighs on the scale armor are black, so they go well with black boots. Goes well with the light strange gloves too. This is the outfit I wore most of the time when I was swashbuckler/steel buckler 1H, except I used the mongolian leather boots. Blue accents on the light strange greaves are a nice touch with blue body armor too!
