Title: Is it 7.7 or 6.0 Weight that has no WPF penalty?

Im not good in maths and i heard alot of people say its 6 weight or the 7 one. which one is true for no wpf penalty?

It is 10.0

Edit: But multiply hand armor weight with 4.0 and head armor weight with 2.0 before you add the single values together to receive the actual number that must be smaller than 10.0

It's 2x[helmet_weight]+4x[gauntlets_weight]+[body_weight]+[leg_weight]<10 that has no wpf penalty iirc.
