As title says:
Two suggestions.
1st. Let insta-30lvl characters restat instead of losing all the gathered money etc.
2nd. Let us TRADE with other characters! chadz already explained why we can't trade now, but devs should think how to organise the system of trading to make it non-abusable for insta-30lvl characters. Oh wait, I have an idea!
If insta-30lvl character wants to trade, it has to be chosen as main character AND "live" for at least 1 week.

this would be making the insta-lvl30 characters more like normal characters. The insta-30 option is for people who wanna skip the grind, not to get a head start.

No. Play for fun, not elite pvp piss everyone off fun.

No, they shouldnt be able to trade at all. for obvious and game breaking reasons.
The same goes for keeping your gold and items when you re-stat.
Why would anyone play the normal way, and level up, if you could just keep everything on a character that took you ZERO effort to accumulate any wealth and put you at the top of the pile stat-wise.

The whole reason you STF characters are gimped is because of the rewards system currently in place for people playing cRPG. yes, cRPG. the STF characters arent playing cRPG. They are plaing like native players with the difference that they have control of their stats. As it is, I think you are lucky enough that you can acumulate gold and items on an STF char that you did nothing to earn. You already start with 9,900 more gold than a standard cRPG player, how much more do you need the system to hold your hand?

I think the insta 30 is perfect as it is now. I use it with great fun and the grind is hardly there.
10k gold is enough to buy most weapons and gold comes so fast you'll spend just a few hours in peasant gears to get the better stuff.
Much shorter than the 30-40 hour grind it usually takes to get to level 30.
But most of all, it's a feature designed to give new players a taste of what it is to be level 30. It should stay that way.
Wanna trade? Create a normal character.
