Title: Strat - All Thine Hard Work

Bring back all thine hard work but with a couple of changes.

1 - Anything made with ATHW is free.
2 - Max production is 2 units per tick
3 - ATHW only adds 1 point to your production per instance of it occurring. Up to a max of three points

Why???

Because it will increase the production and deployment of equipment. And therefore increase fun.

Sure thing.

Also make it use say 5 ticks per pass or something like that.
