AoW was verbally harassing myself and others. Ryan more than others. I went to assist a teammate and I lanced him on accident, simultaneously losing my horse to an enemy. As I turned to get back to the fight, I was struck from behind and killed by my teammate, Ryan.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.
He was still perturbed after the verbal conflict I suppose. Not sure, hes kind of young and immature, I feel all of AoW try to get away with this alot and it should stop.

Oh, Did i team kill you bro? im sorry, i was in a fight and i killed two (according to your screen shot) and i thought u were a enemy. As you did state, you were dismounted. i hit u as u stood up by accident.

But in my opinion, i think "Marshal_Voren_of_Acre" made this post out of spite to our past.

This is my side of the story, and your screen shots prove that i was just killing 2 people and you happend to take my studded warclub mid battle.

The original post has been updated with photos taken not but a few minuets ago, with aggressive commentary by Ryan and other squids when I was TKd by another squid. This isnt personal Ryan, but you and all your troll friends need to know that this isnt ok. The admins will punish you and hopefully its enough to drive in the message you cant win this argument with more teamkills.

What do your screenshots even prove?  You got teamkilled once by accident by ryan (2 screenshots of same tk), then some other random time you got accidentally teamkilled by swisstokilladeadhorse (2 screenshots of same tk).

No commentary from either person that tked you is shown.  No evidence either was intentional.  Anyone can take screenshots of people that accidentally tk them and report it.  Neither one did mutiple teamwounds that would demonstrate it was intentional.

Sorry, but the first really doesn't have enough proof over what happened for a full ban.

The second set of images also doesn't provide the full context over what happened and it was nearly the end of the round, where cases about this are treated case-by-case ( http://forum.melee.org/na-%28official%29/ban-request-hoc_cosby/ ). I'll lock the thread for now, but if you feel the ban is still justified, please make a new thread specifically about that instance with some more information.

I didn't say it was/wasn't a ban. I closed the thread because it was turning into Jerry Springer up in here. I guess closing for 1 day wasn't long enough to let this heated debate cool down.

Look at how little of the thread actually has to do with the ban in question. Go post that shit in strat subforum or your clan thread. This is the only subforum where there is no fun allowed.
