Title: Looking for people who are willing to help and skilled at making 3D models

Our team has many good texturers. However, because some items need a 3D model rework before we can make a higher quality texture, our progress is bottlenecking due to the lack of skilled 3D modelers.

If you got the skill and want to join us, please PM me. If you haven't got the skill but still want to help us, PM me nonetheless and practice with this guide: http://forum.melee.org/suggestions-corner/%28item-suggestion%29-european-cavalry-sword/msg1063979/#msg1063979 It will teach you the basics about 3D modeling in Blender (please focus on the Blender section, obviously).

Why are all these items you made so far not ingame.If you have thoughts about what stats to give them just pick an armour tier heavy/medium/light and give them the same exact stats as one that you feel like is the same.I don't see why you haven't put them ingame so far..

It's the balancer's job, not the advisor's job. Please have patience until the end of this week, at least.

I remember a pano's post with shitload of new items and stuff that were different colours of some correct items already ingame.I gone to army and i came back and still these items are not ingame.Please add these this time.

np, find zagibu, make him give us the files where he did the specular maps already, and we're gonna add them. as long as there is still a chance that zagibu might give us the files of the items he finished already, we are not gonna do the same work he already did all over again

The last patch was before the creation of this team and items are getting voted on as they are completed. I hope they don't overwork themselves to indifference like zagibu, actually. Their current pace is just fine imo.

Holy shit, are you really that clueless or are you only pretending?

Zagibu is missing in action since over half a year and his absence is the reason for our initiative. I am not blaming him for anything because he did a very good job and he was doing alone what we split up between 6 (!) people now. It is obvious he wouldn't do it forever, and it is clearly the fault of ignorant and uninformed people like you and me who didn't help him before he left.

Since I hope that zagibu will read one of these threads at some point or somebody who has his steam will give it to me, I won't ask anybody of the team to do what zagibu already finished. We could eventually receive his files, and that's why we are not going to do the same work he did a second time.

Instead of moaning you could do modeling tutorials and help out. What you call cooperation problems isn't nearly as sad as not making spaces after punctuation signs. Are you new at computers?

Hmmm... maybe I can help you guys out. I've never actually created any 3D models in Blender, but I have used it for other purposes (rigging and modifying .stl files) and have extensive knowledge of 3D modeling with various other programs. I'll have a look at the walkthrough(s) this weekend and then get back to you.

What are some of the designs you're looking to do? I'm no modeler but I can put up a decent hackjob if need be and map+texture it (yes from scratch, none of this recolor/tweak existing stuff bullshit). I haven't done anything in like a year and a half and threw away my Wacom tablet but I might be interested in a project. I've done stuff for Clash of Kings (link (http://i.imgur.com/N3OhvUk.jpg) link (http://i.imgur.com/Ljzwe9H.jpg)) & Third Age Total War (link (http://i.imgur.com/uzlGCcY.png) long ass time ago)
