Useful would have been two screenshots, one with a full timer (f.e. 30 mins), the other one the screen you gave with 1:58, showing Varadin standing on the same spot for the whole time.

Or do you have some people, who were able to see him leeching on that day aswell and will vouch for your ban request?

also, leeching isn´t that much of a capital crime (and not really worth a ban, unless the person has already been leeching before or is known for doing that)

you could have f.e. set up a simple vote kick and things would have been fine aswell. Next time ask an admin directly on EU2 or EU1 if something/one bothers you, you can find a list of the admins in the feedback section http://forum.melee.org/game-admin-feedback/
