So my fellow amurricans, it's that time of the year again, for america's most popular sport, american football. Most CFB games are starting today, and the NFL season starts next week.

My college team is Texas Tech University in the Big 12 conf, and my favorite NFL team is the Dallas Cowboys  8-)

ITT: Predict/Discuss the outcomes of NFL and CFB games, talk about teams and players etc.

First off, what are your favorite teams?

I don't follow the NFL, but as far as NCAA goes, I root for the Oregon Ducks (I always have, not a bandwagoner.)

ROLL TIDE

They won by the skin of their team against WVU  :) They better improve if they want to keep their playoff spot

bump

imo, the NFL should just get rid of Roger Goodell. Knowingly let a wife-beater play in the league is just another reason this clown has to go

In my country, colleges are interested in that sport somehow. Since i'm bored with basketball i might give this a shot. I have no idea about the rules though. I was playing as point guard and fast one last time i checked

College:
Florida State(Fuck the Gators)

Pro:
Jacksonville Jaguars
Here's hoping we have an offense. Our defense is good, but we need a better offense.

Also, unless she presses charges, there is no legal grounds to do much of anything, honestly.

Don't watch college games but i follow NFL teams and my favorite team (been a fan since around 2004 when i got hooked with Football) is the Patriots.
Got 49ers as backup team to cheer for if Pats will ever fail. If they both fail i'll just keep hating on Giants and Packers.

Also American Footballers with their gear on looks like Warriors out on the field. Soccer players looks like phaggots with their skinny physique and cry when they get tripped phaggotry

Ahahhahaah Ray Rice. That dumbass should be in jail.

Anyone else think Phillip Rivers will do exceptionally well against the Seahawks this week?

My teams are the Saints and LSU (I'm from Louisiana and I go to LSU) but I hate LSU's coach. He's retarded. I miss when we had Nick Saban =P But at least we won our first home game 56-0 last week

Ok, question...

How do you determine what will the front of your helmet look like? Like is it what every they give you or you get to choose the combination of the protective wires... that alyways bothered me a bit watching the superbowl when I was younger, everybodys helmet looks different, what's the catch?

Nowadays, teams give the players helmets with the same face masks, and the players can buy their own face masks if they want to. So it varies depending on a player's personal preference

The second picture is one of the first face masks that was ever used, it doesn't get used much anymore.

thx for the explanation. still wonder, do they say like I want this wire here and that there or they just give it to the guys and say I want it super reinforced...

no, the wires can't be customized  :D only the wire mask as a whole can be changed
