Title: Change to selling goods in strat

It seems from what I have heard that there has been some changes in the last week to rules regarding selling items? Forgive me if I have been misinformed or if this has been posted. But if this is true would someone please point me to the post in this regards or inform everyone of the boundaries of these new rules?
