Title: Skill to Stat conversion not sticking

trying to convert 20 skill into 10 stats via the convert button on website char manager. It asks if I want to save, I click yes, and then it just reverts back to 20 skill points. what gives?

nvm. didnt realize i had to spend the stats in the same instance as conversion. answered my own Q. plz delete?
