3. 6:10 PM PST on NA 1
4. Guy teamhit me during a fight so I Ctrl-M'ed him. He proceeded to hit me three more times, which killed me.
5. Presumably he was upset about being Ctrl- M'ed.

7. Anyone who was on at the time, I suppose. No idea whether they were paying attention.
