This player has been leeching for several map changes, He or she spawned without clothes or weapons every single death. And when players created a poll to kick this player he/she stupidly asks why.

To troll and leech!

I can witness this, I was at the time on the Server.
She is also doing this and many others of the SoA Clan since days... 

Just joined the Eu_6 Server and Proton opened a poll against me without any reason, it got accepted because 3 of the 5 players online were from the SoA Clan,  you can also see Proton running around naked again.

Second one just shows that also the other members are trolling and doing unnecessary imbecility

Well its strange that i am running in most of the screeenshots, the one where i stood at the door, i was actually htting the door down , with my fists , in which now your just being a liar, and in like every picture im running , so how was i leeching??? , i don't Spawn with weapons because i can just pick them up, which is knowledge and saving money.

Proton_And_The_Three_Bears warned as it's a new player, also encouraged to read the official server rules (http://forum.melee.org/announcements/official-server-rules/)

As Krex posted, you have to spawn with a weapon to not be considered a leecher. Even a stick will keep you away from getting banned, as long as you don't break rules in another way :)
