If you guys know who Tren is, I made a banner for Hess but we never used it so you guys can use it if you want

As you can see, this was back when he was in hospitallers. I photoshopped the face of the old man from Teinenpi Shojo Haiji, put Tren's hair (from his real life picture) on it and gave him tears of salt.
As it turns out Tren doesn't want this awesome banner to be used by anyone other than our own clan, gf
