Hey, Assington was wondering if he could be unbanned. He is muted on the forums currently and can't make his own thread.
He was making equipment in the spawn and wasn't participating with the team, tydeus kicked him and he double spawned (didnt happen lol i heard wrong ask tydeus)and immediately started building again.
Assington admits he has done a lot wrong and he apologizes sincerely to tydeus.
Tydeus, if you feel like talking to Assington about the ban his steam name is Klaus.

I do wish to apologize to Tydeus for my uselessness on the team, but I did not insult him or show him insolence. Many o' players on the server asked for the ban to be at least shortened to 1 day if not removed and some went further for my freedom than others, but I do wish to be unbanned to fight in my strategus battle tonight (Aug 11).

I don't believe setting up stakes or shields is against the rules in NA1, but actually building siege equipment is (or at least seen as leeching, if that's what he was doing).
Double spawning and doing it again... probably not the best course of action.

I did check Assington's ban record at he's currently sitting at 15.

Anyway, that's about all I can say.
You'll have to wait for Tydeus for anything else.

Even if you disagree with an admin's decision, immediately doubling down on your behavior is pretty much the same as flipping off a cop after he pulls you over. There is no reason to do that. Don't shovel more shit onto the shitfire.

rofl gg i heard wrong Assington was not double spawning and shit, lol i heard from him wrong.


joined back in after kick, waited till next round and started building and then got banned
8:36 PM - Klaus: I did not double spawn, I was first kicked at the end of the second round and then rejoined at the start of the 3rd round where I began spawning mats from the equipment rack when I got banned.
8:39 PM - Klaus: Also, Tydeus never told me to stop building or to stop "leeching" or whatever I was doing wrong. He just kicked me then when I rejoined he said nothing to me, so I had no idea building was a wrong thing to do, then he banned me, I mean Jesus Christ, Tydeus you could tell me what I was doing wrong.

i did a thing and got kicked then i rejoined and did it again and i got banned. how am i supposed to know what i cant do

(i would have given a pinktext warning before even the first kick, but welp)

granpappy used to let these lazy leeching fks build shit because you could pretty much always argue that you're making tactical defenses for you team. now you guys are banning for this shit?

yes he admits he has done wrong by continuing it(act from rage first thing he thought of) but he didn't get a warning before he got kicked

I was going to let him off early, then I counted how many bans he had. 15 bans are a few too many for me to allow him to reduce his ban length, especially when he's simultaneously muted on the forums and can't even make a ban thread himself.
