Title: Unban King_Smokey_Of_Acre

1. Name of your character involved   King_Smokey_Of_Acre
2. Name of offending character(s)  None
3. Time and server, as accurately as possible NA_1 3:35 PM  EST
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. I changed my name yesterday to King_Smokey_Of_Arce, but I accidently spelled Acre wrong and put in another name change, and it was accepted to King_Smokey_Of_Acre.  I later got on the server, calling King James a false king and that the true king is here, and that I would takeover the Acre clan.  This is when Tydeus permabanned me for "griefing" instead of easily resolving the issue by telling me to change my name and not play until it was changed.

7. Names of players that can witness what happened. HendyWendy, Grey_Worm, and Fredericko(?)

Impersonating/defacing is a no-no. When you rename, you can get unbanned.

He also has a blatent  ban thread up for killing ACRE members for no reason...

Now i understand why he got a permaban, he just proved my point and case good luck im done  :D

I was trying to get the server logs for that ban thread. I knew that he was harassing some people at spawn, but I also saw them harass him and his clanmates back so that kinda put it into grey area. Guess that if any appeals are made, be sure to include that thread for consideration.

I only banned him until he changes his name. Artyem banned him for something else though.

I don't have screenshots but in Novamere's thread you can see that I was also TW'd and I reported him. It didn't look like he was going specifically for people from acre, he attacked knightmare and then started swinging at me and other people in our spawn. (I'm in MB)

I don't remember hitting you Lemon, but Knightmare is an Acre.  He's in their ts3 24/7 and harasses me the most with Behemoth.  Btw Tydeus, I changed my name.
