Ballista shots dont make sound anymore since new patch, anyone else has the same issue?

The part that we saw was messing up, there might be something else that was missed. Now we have to see if the PD penalty working as intended is good or not.

Edit: PD penalty for the difference in wpf between agi/balanced/strength builds. If accuracy is too high/low, item stats will probably get changed instead of messing with the formula any longer.

Item changes are:
Falchion: +2 cut
Heavy cav: 8 difficulty->7
Triangle shield: 470 hp -> 440hp | 2 slots->1 | 6 weight-> 5.5 weight | Not usable on horseback -> usable on horseback

There may be a few more, but many possible future item changes are being voted on such as 1h axes and weapons that are still very weak.

-Minor fix to the wpf per pd formula
-Flag spawn adjustment for The 5th CN Chrysanthemum Cup
-Minimum multiplier raised for characters below level 25. (2x)
-Siege Maps updated, added Hrafninn Conquest
-map updates; added templar_church, odins_tear, tournament_arena, the_maze

I also noticed Knightly Kite Shield was changed and is not 5 difficulty
Steel shield is now 5 difficulty

What kind of 1h axe changes are being considered, if you are able to share?

Those two shields have been like that for a good while. I can't really say much about the axes since the voting isn't final yet. Buffs, though, mostly for the lower end.
