Saw that so many times, have to actually try it out :D
The chocolate is replaced slowly while the parts are being moved around, so it doesn't work in real life... unfortunately. :cry:

Took me some minutes to figure it out, but it's actually very simple: That small piece with 4 chocolate parts that replaces the bigger one get extra length added (or bigger piece gets some taken or both) when it's inserted.
You can figure it out by comparing the left side length of both pieces. The smaller one also should have a smaller left side.
No magic :D

You can only doing 2 or 3 times before you notice some change in the chocolate height
